Name: Winter Wonder Cookies Set

25 g butter (room temperature) • 1 egg • 15 g water • flour (to prevent sticking)


  1. Preheat the electric oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C, gas position 3). Mix the butter with half an egg. Add the mix for cookies and the water. Knead until the dough is firm. Wrap the dough in plastic foil and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Cover the work surface with some flour. Roll out the dough to a slice of approx. 0,5 cm. Cut out shapes with the help of the cookie cutters. Put the cookies on a baking tray covered with parchment paper (make sure there is a space of ca. 1 cm between the cookies). Brush the biscuits with the remaining egg. Bake the cookies for approx. 10 to 12 minutes in the oven. Let the cookies cool.
  3. Decorate the cookies how you want with the help of the enclosed glazing pen and the sprinkles.
