80 g butter • 1 egg yolk • 1 tbs of water


  1. Mix the cookie mix, butter and egg yolk and knead until firm. Wrap the dough in plastic foil and put it in the fridge for 15 min.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the working surface with some flower. Roll out the dough to a slice of ca. 0,5 cm. Cut out shapes with the help of the cookie cutters. Put the cookies on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 min. until golden brown.
  3. Knead the roll icing, roll out and cut out shapes (use some powdered sugar on the working surface).
  4. Add the water to the piping mix and stir until smooth. Put the mix in the piping bag and cut off the tip. Use the piping mix for decoration!
