80 g butter • 1 egg yolk • 1 tbs of water
PREPARATION INS RUCTIONS:
- Mix the cookie mix, butter and egg yolk and knead until firm. Wrap the dough in plastic foil and put it in the fridge for 15 min.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the working surface with some flower. Roll out the dough to a slice of ca. 0,5 cm. Cut out shapes with the help of the cookie cutters. Put the cookies on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 min. until golden brown.
- Knead the roll icing, roll out and cut out shapes (use some powdered sugar on the working surface).
- Add the water to the piping mix and stir until smooth. Put the mix in the piping bag and cut off the tip. Use the piping mix for decoration!
